We get it! Purchasing a new piece of furniture often coincides with a renovation, moving into a new home, or making a plan to sell or dispose of your old furniture first, which is why we offer our customers the ability to hold shipments for up to 30 days free of charge.

For customers within our Standand Service Area simply schedule your delivery via the schedule your delivery link in the email you will receive when your order is ready for fulfillment, and pick the day of your choosing.

For customers living within our Extended Service Area please contact us through our contact form and include your name, order number, and the desired date you would like us to release your order for shipping immediately after placing your order. Note: Shipping within our Extended Service Area takes approximately 1-2 weeks beyond this date. Exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Holding shipments beyond 30 days is possible, but are subject to a daily storage fee of $3.00. Orders cancelled after being held longer than 30 days are subject to $150 cancellation fee.

Note: Items that ship parcel will be automatically fulfilled, and are not possible to delay shipment for.

If you live within our Extended Service Area deliveries are made Mon-Fri 8am-5pm and can be tracked using the provided tracking number which includes your estimated day of delivery. Kindly note our carriers do not call prior to arriving at your location.

Threshold delivery includes your item(s) being brought to your doorstep, garage, or lobby/service area of a high-rise building.

Note: Our carriers are unable to bring your items into your home (except a garage), or up an elevator to your unit. We recommend you have two people available on the day of your delivery to move your items inside.

Upon receipt of your order, please ensure that you have received all of your items and that they are free of damage. Should there be any issues with your order please indicate these on your packing slip and contact us as soon as possible. The carrier will not accept responsibility for any damages which have not been indicated on the packing slip.

If you live within our Standand Service Area and selected Enhanced Threshold Delivery at checkout you will receive an email where you can schedule your delivery on the day of your choice, as well as your preferred 4 hour delivery window. Should your plans change you are able to reschedule your delivery up to 2 days before the scheduled delivery date via the same link provided to schedule your original delivery date.

On the day of your delivery you will also receive text message updates and be provided a link to a live view of your delivery trucks location and ETA.

Threshold delivery includes your item(s) being brought to the first dry area such as a covered porch (maximum 6 stairs), garage, or lobby/service area of a high-rise building.

Note: With our Enhanced Threshold Delivery service our carriers will not bring your items into your home (except a garage), or up an elevator to your unit. We recommend you have two people available on the day of your delivery to move your items inside. Alternatively, you may select our White Glove Delivery option for an upcharge if you would like your items brought into your home and setup in a room of choice.

White Glove Delivery Service is available within our Standand Service Area for an upcharge, and can be selected at checkout.

If you have selected our White Glove Service you will receive an email where you can scheduled your delivery on the day of your choice, as well as your preferred 4 hour delivery window. Should your plans change you are able to reschedule your delivery up to 2 days before the scheduled delivery date via the same link provided to schedule your original delivery date.

White Glove Service includes delivery into room of choice by professional delivery personnel, and includes unboxing, assembly, and removal of debris. If you are considering a return please request to keep the packaging.

On the day of your delivery you will also receive text message updates and be provided a link to a live view of your delivery trucks location and ETA.

Unfortunately White Glove Service outside of our Standand Service Area is not available at this time.

We understand there are few things more frustrating than a delayed delivery. We value your time and appreciate that you may have had to take time off work, or hired someone to assist with your delivery, so we will always do everything we can to ensure a smooth and on-time delivery.

While most of our shipments arrive within the lead times shown, shipping times can be influenced by a variety of factors outside of our control and are therefore only good faith estimates. Auberge Designs Inc. is not liable for any cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.

In the event a delivery is refused and re-delivery needs to be made, the customer will be responsible for all incurred costs of storage and re-delivery charged by the carrier.

If a delivery has been refused more than once, Auberge Designs reserves the right to cancel the delivery, and all incurred costs of outbound shipping, return shipping, storage, and change fees will be deducted from any eligible order refund.

If an in-transit order is cancelled, the customer is responsible for all incurred costs of outbound shipping, return shipping, storage, and change fees, and these amounts will be deducted from any eligible order refund.
